How do I know my ring size?

When making a purchase from our online shop, it's essential to know your ring size in advance.

To ensure a perfect fit, we recommend visiting a local jeweler to get sized.

If you're looking for an alternative method to determine your ring size, try this out. Take a strip of paper or a string and wrap it around the base of your finger, ensuring a comfortable fit. Mark the point where the ends meet, forming a complete circle. Now, grab a ruler and measure the length in centimeters from the starting end of the strip to the marked point.

Please be aware that our inventory is limited, and if you decide to change your size after the purchase, we cannot guarantee that your desired size and ring will be available.

How long it takes you to process an order?

Your package will be handed to the carrier within 2 business days from the time you place your order.

If you place an order after noon EST, it will be treated as if it came in the next business day.

Please note that we process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During holidays, our processing time may be longer due to the high volume of orders.

Rest assured, a tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped, but please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be updated.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once you've placed an order, we are unable to make any changes or cancel it.

We strive to process orders quickly and efficiently to ensure prompt delivery.

How will my jewelry arrive?

We take great care in ensuring that every order is meticulously inspected, expertly hand-packaged, and exquisitely wrapped in our signature BIBI & KIM boxes and/or pouches.

Your package will be sent out safely in our eco-friendly mailer boxes, adding a touch of sustainability to your shopping experience.

Do you offer free shipping?

Enjoy the perks of free Standard shipping within the US on all orders exceeding USD $100! With a transit time of just 3-5 business days, your package will be at your doorstep in no time. For orders below this threshold, worry not, as reasonable rates will be applied at checkout.

Where do you ship?

At BIBI & KIM, we offer shipping services within the United States.

However, please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO, FPO, or DPO), mail-forwarding addresses, and temporary residence addresses.

Our priority is to guarantee the secure delivery and receipt of your order.

What if my package is missing, lost or stolen?

All our orders are carefully shipped using trackable mail or courier services.

Once the courier scans and delivers your order, it becomes your sole responsibility and property.

In the rare event that an order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, kindly reach out to the shipping courier to locate the package.

While we sympathize with stolen packages, please understand that we cannot be held accountable for any incidents that occur after the package leaves our small business.

Additionally, please note that unforeseen delays caused by inclement weather or customs procedures are beyond our control.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check and provide an accurate delivery address during checkout.

Can I change my shipping address?

To update your address, simply drop us an email at hello@bibiandkim.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

If you reach out to us after that timeframe, we'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that it's not guaranteed as your order may have already been shipped.

What is your return policy?

Your happiness is our ultimate goal, and we are committed to providing you with products that exceed your expectations. We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase, and we are here to make that happen.

Kindly note that we have a return policy of 14 days from the purchase date specifically for jewelry items, which can only be exchanged for store credit. To ensure that your return is accepted, please make sure that all jewelry is unworn and returned in its original condition. Regrettably, if more than 14 days have elapsed since the delivery of your purchase, we won't be able to provide a refund or exchange. It's important to remember that any returns that do not adhere to our return policy and were not approved by us beforehand will be declined and sent back to you.

There are a few items that are non-returnable, such as earrings for hygiene reasons, sale products, and individual products in sets (the products must be returned as a set to be eligible for a store credit).

To initiate a return, kindly drop us an email at hello@bibiandkim.com, ensuring that you mention "Return Request" in the subject line along with your order number. In the email body, kindly specify the item you wish to return and provide any additional details you'd like us to be aware of.

Make sure that all the jewelry item(s) are packaged in their original boxes, including any inserts and pouches.

Kindly note that the shipping expenses for returning the item(s) will be your responsibility. Please be aware that shipping costs cannot be refunded or negotiated. In the event of a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount. We will notify you about the approval status of your refund after receiving and carefully inspecting your return to ensure it remains in the same pristine condition as when it was shipped. Once approved, your refund will be provided in the form of store credit.

What if I do not have the exterior original packaging?

If you can't find the original box that your package came in, it's crucial to use suitable packaging to ensure the item doesn't get damaged while being shipped.

Remember to return all the individual pieces in the same packaging and manner they were initially received.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

At BIBI & KIM, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our merchandise before it is packed and shipped to you.

However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, we are here to assist you.

At BIBI & KIM, we've got you covered with our exclusive 6-month limited warranty on all jewelry items purchased directly from us and is exclusively valid for customers residing in the United States. Rest assured, this warranty safeguards against any manufacturing defects or craftsmanship issues that may occur during regular use of the product. Remember, the warranty period starts from the date of purchase.

Our warranty is designed to provide you with ultimate protection; it covers a range of issues, excluding those arising from misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear. You'll be glad to know that defects in clasps, closures, or chains are completely covered. Additionally, any loose or lost gemstones caused by faulty settings will be taken care of. Plus, if your chain breaks or gets damaged in the middle without any external force being applied, our warranty has got you covered.

To initiate a warranty request, simply drop an email to hello@bibiandkim.com. Make sure to include in the subject line "Warranty Request" and your order number. Within the body of the email, kindly provide your name, order number, and a detailed description of how the item broke. Additionally, don't forget to attach clear photos showcasing both the defect and the entire item for our reference.

Upon receipt and careful evaluation of your warranty claim, we reserve the right to determine if the issue is covered by the warranty. If it meets the necessary criteria, we will, at our discretion, either replace the item or provide you with a store credit.

Shipping and handling costs will be the responsibility of the customer when sending the jewelry for warranty evaluation or receiving a replacement.

Kindly note that the warranty for your jewelry will no longer be applicable if any unauthorized party attempts to repair or alter it. Furthermore, the warranty becomes void in cases of misuse, abuse, or neglect towards the jewelry. Lastly, the original proof of purchase from BIBI & KIM must be retained in its original form and not altered in any way to ensure the warranty remains valid.
