When is the store open?
We are open on select days for the community, plus by appointment. Community hours go live every Sunday on our website and Instagram Stories. Walk-ins are welcome during community hours.
How do I book an appointment?
Use the booking link on our website. For private events or group shopping, email us with your preferred date, guest count, and what you’re shopping for.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Free standard shipping in the US on orders $100+. Standard transit time is typically 3 to 5 business days, rates for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, mail forwarding addresses, or temporary addresses.
Can I change my shipping address?
Email us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already shipped.
What if my package is missing, lost, or stolen?
All orders ship with tracking. If your order is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first to locate the package. We are not responsible for packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Returns + Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Eligible returns receive store credit only. Items must be unworn and returned in original condition.
What items are not eligible for return?
Earrings, sale items, and individual items from sets are not eligible. Set items must be returned as a complete set to qualify.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@bibiandkim.com with Return Request in the subject line, include your order number, and the item you would like to return. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, shipping costs are not refundable.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, we will review and help you out.
Warranty
Do you have a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 6-month limited warranty on jewelry purchased directly from BIBI & KIM, valid for US customers. It covers eligible manufacturing defects under normal wear.
How do I submit a warranty request?
Submit through our Warranty Request Form on the website. If you need help, email us at hello@bibiandkim.com with your order number and clear photos.
Jewelry Materials and Care
What are your pieces made of?
BIBI & KIM pieces are crafted with stainless steel as the base metal. Gold styles feature 18K PVD gold plating, and we also offer silver tone and black finishes on stainless steel. Select styles feature cubic zirconia, mother of pearl, freshwater pearls, shell, resin, and natural stones like agate and onyx.
Can I shower, swim, or work out in my jewelry?
Yes, our pieces are made for everyday wear, including showering, swimming, and workouts. To keep your jewelry looking its best long-term, we recommend rinsing after saltwater, chlorine, or heavy sweating, and drying with a soft cloth.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Keep it simple:
- Avoid harsh chemicals and cleaning products
- Store pieces separately when possible
- Wipe with a soft cloth after wear
- Rinse after chlorine, saltwater, or heavy sweating, and dry
Orders + Sizing
How do I know my ring size?
We recommend getting sized at a local jeweler for the most accurate fit. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM EST are processed the next business day. Tracking is sent once your order ships, please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to change or cancel it.
How will my jewelry arrive?
Each order is inspected, and hand packed in BIBI & KIM packaging, and shipped securely.
